Please confirm anything important with us, and inspect a property and take your own advice, before you rely on it. Prices are shown in Trinidad and Tobago dollars unless stated otherwise.

Mortgage Calculator

The mortgage calculator gives an estimate based on the figures you enter and on general lending terms we have gathered from lenders. It is not a mortgage offer, an approval or financial advice. Lenders set their own rates and criteria, which change, and decide each application individually. Speak to a lender or a qualified adviser before you make a financial decision.

Enquiries and Viewings

Sending an enquiry or asking for a viewing does not reserve a property or create an agreement. Any sale, rental or management arrangement is made separately, in writing.

Accounts and Listings You Submit

If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

If you submit a property, you confirm that you are the owner or have the owner's permission, that the information is accurate and lawful, and that you have the right to use and share any photos and descriptions you upload. You allow us to display, edit for presentation and promote that content on this website and in our marketing. We may review, change or remove any listing, and close any account, that breaks these terms or that we reasonably consider unsuitable.

Acceptable Use

Please do not:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the website;
  • submit false, misleading or offensive information, or someone else's personal details without their permission;
  • send spam or automated submissions through the forms;
  • copy listings, photos or other content in bulk, or collect data from the website with automated tools;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the website.

Our Content

The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to Dream Dwell Realty or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share individual listings for your own use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or remove watermarks from photos, without our written permission.

Links to other websites, such as lenders or maps, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Availability

We aim to keep the website running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
