Dream Dwell Realty Ltd ("Dream Dwell Realty", "we", "us") runs dreamdwellrealty.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We aim to follow the general privacy principles of Trinidad and Tobago's Data Protection Act, 2011.

What We Collect
When you contact us or ask about a property
Your name, email address and phone number, your message, what you are enquiring about and, for a property enquiry, the property and any tour date you suggest.
When you use the mortgage calculator
The figures you enter (home price, down payment, age, income, a partner's age and income for a joint application, existing monthly commitments, whether it is your first home and whether you are a Trinidad and Tobago national) are used to work out your estimate. Nothing is kept unless you ask us to email the estimate to you. If you do, we store your name, email address and phone number, the figures and the estimate, a record of your agreement, the page you came from and any advertising campaign or click identifiers in the link. We also keep your IP address and browser details until you confirm your email address, then delete them.
When you join our newsletter
Your email address, and your name if you give it. You are only subscribed after you click the link in the confirmation email we send you.
When you register an account
If you create an account to list or manage a property: your name, email address, phone number, username, your password (stored only in scrambled, one-way form) and the listings you submit.
Automatically
Cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy, and the standard records our web host keeps for security (IP address, browser type and the pages requested).
How We Use It
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and follow up with you about the property or service you asked about.
- To email your mortgage estimate and to contact you about financing and properties, as you agreed when you requested it.
- To send our newsletter, new listings and property news, but only if you asked for them and confirmed your email address.
- To run your account and your listings.
- To keep the website secure and to block spam and abuse.
- To measure whether our advertising works (see below).
We do not sell your personal information.
Email Marketing and Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo, an email marketing service, to keep track of the people who contact us and to send email. When you contact us, ask about a property, request a mortgage estimate or join our newsletter, your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry or estimate are stored in our Klaviyo account so that we can follow up with you.
Being in our Klaviyo account does not mean you will receive marketing. We only send you marketing emails, such as new listings and property news, if you asked for them and confirmed your email address. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we will remove you. Klaviyo processes data in the United States. You can read Klaviyo's privacy notice.
Who We Share It With
- Service providers who run parts of the website for us: GoDaddy (website hosting and email delivery) and Klaviyo (contact records and email). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Google Maps. The maps on property pages are loaded from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when you view one.
- Advertising platforms. If we advertise with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google, we may share a hashed version of your email address and phone number with them when you make an enquiry, so they can tell us whether our ads led to it. Hashing scrambles the details one way, so the platform can only match them to an account it already holds. Advertising cookies are only set if you accept marketing cookies.
- Lenders and other agents only with your agreement.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
Information Stored Outside Trinidad and Tobago
Some of our providers, including Klaviyo, Google, Meta and GoDaddy, store or process information in the United States or other countries. We use well-established providers that protect the information they hold for us.
How Long We Keep It
- Mortgage estimate requests that are never confirmed: deleted after 7 days.
- Confirmed mortgage estimates: your personal details are removed after 24 months.
- Enquiries and messages: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep proper business records.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Our Klaviyo account: until you ask us to delete your details.
- Accounts: until you ask us to close your account.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your agreement to marketing at any time. Email info@dreamdwellrealty.com and we will reply within 30 days. Deleting your details also removes them from our Klaviyo account.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are never stored in readable form and access to enquiries is limited to our staff. No website is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents such as bank statements through the website forms.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this page when the way we handle information changes and change the date at the top.
